【研究成果の概要】
「専門性」による環境法学教育の問題を足がかりとして、本研究プロジェクトではまず以下のことを指摘する。ポスト福島日本の環境法学教育において、教育方法と、グロー バル化した世界で様々な環境分野の業務に従事する ために必要とされる知識とを明確なかたちで 結び付けようとする動きはいまだ散発的かつ 部分的なものでしかない。筆者は、より体系 的で多様な基盤の上に「専門性の座標系」を構築する必要性について論じる。日本の教養学部(国際的多様な分野のプログラム)で、環境法学教育のひとつのモデル、少なくとも現場に即した実践的な法の論理を重視する新しい教育方法が出現しているだけに、その重要性は看過できないだろう。
【研究の社会的意義】
Drawing on complementary fields of knowledge, my research explains how a set of cross-listed courses established for Japanese and “International” students enrolled in different tracks help turn the classroom into a new space of inquiry (see PDF file).
