Proceedings Book
The proceedings will be published by web publication as well as by hard copy. Web publication may contain "supplemental materials" in addition to the content of the hard copy book. Although the hard copy is only printed in mono-color (black and white), web publication may contain colored figures. It is recommended that you draw figures, e.g., 3D structures, in color in "supplemental materials". Supplemental materials may contain additional information such as biographical sketch including photograph of the author.
Web publication adopts the "Smallworld Internet Publishing system" of ARchiTect inc. Refer to the following.

The database document on the Internet is directly printed to your printer.
Copyright is protected according to the structure that does not pass a file.
It publishes, even if it is a small number of selling hope.
Unlike the usual book, neither printing nor circulation expense starts.
It can receive anytime from anywhere.
If logged in to a database, a document will be printed automatically.
Printing quality is the same as that of the usual book.

Submission of a "review paper" based on the lecture presentation is very welcome from the invited lecturers.
